Roger Weldon brings 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the banking industry. His roles included senior management, managing diverse teams, business development, sales management, and directly leading and managing a 900-employee district. His leadership journey began in the U.S. Navy, with an acute focus on achieving strategic outcomes and developing high-performing leaders from diverse age, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Roger has served a broad base of clients across various disciplines and industries, including financial services, technology, environmental, energy, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, consulting, retail, and transportation.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville University and advanced leadership certificates from Georgia State University and the Wharton Executive Presence and Influence Professional Leadership School. He is a certified executive coach with ACC and PCC designations from the International Coaching Federation and is proficient in a multitude of leadership assessments including individual, 360, and emotional intelligence instruments.

Elisabeth (Betty) Scovil brings a rich and diverse background to EP Growth, gained through her extensive experience working with clients in both Europe and the United States. This includes major health systems, technology, oil and gas, employment screening, consulting, employment organizations, and financial services. With a background in business, organizational design, and human resources from the Munich University of Applied Sciences, Betty leverages her expertise to connect with leaders at all career stages. She specializes in generational communication, management development, C-Suite training, conflict resolution, training design and engagement, and employee behavior. Her unique approach combines organizational psychology, coaching, assessments, and novel applications of multimedia to enhance individual leadership potential, generational engagement, and learning retention.

Betty is an accredited instructional designer through the AMA and an ICF-certified executive and leadership coach through the CEC. She enjoys speaking at various HR, training, education, and organizational behavior-related conferences, where she helps HR leaders, trainers, and industry professionals enhance their influence and impact.
