360 ASSESSMENT

OVERVIEW

The Executive Presence Growth (EPG) 360 collects feedback from various rater groups to evaluate how well leaders demonstrate key Executive Presence behaviors. Instead of giving a pass or fail score, this report provides meaningful insights. High scores can affirm strengths, while low scores may uncover perceptions a leader may not be aware of. The leader also completes a self-assessment to compare their perceptions with those of others.

Understanding how others see us is a valuable gift. The goal is to identify specific behaviors, and potentially certain rater groups, to focus on to enhance the leader’s effectiveness.

360 FAQS

Does a company have to order an Executive Presence Growth (EPG) 360 or can an individual do so?

Most 360 assessments are ordered by the company sponsoring the 360. It can also be ordered directly by an individual working with EP Growth. We are flexible both with ordering and debriefing the assessments.

How will the 360 work?

Once the process begins, you will receive a link to access your 360 dashboard. From there, you’ll select individuals from different rater groups—such as managers, peers, direct reports, and others—to provide feedback. Each person will receive a survey focused on executive presence behaviors. You’ll also complete a self-assessment through the dashboard. The survey period typically lasts 10-14 days after which it closes, and your results are generated.

How do I get my results?

There are two ways to receive your results:

1. With a Debrief: A coach or leadership sponsor will send you the results and conduct a detailed debrief. We offer this service, along with trained partner coaches, to help you understand your results and collaboratively develop action steps based on the feedback.

2. Without a Debrief: You can receive your results directly. The online, interactive nature of the 360 is designed to help you interpret the data and gain valuable insights on your own.

We highly recommend including a debrief to get the most out of your investment and fully understand your results.

What happens after I get my results?

You will have continuous access to your interactive online dashboard, where your action plans and results will remain available. This allows you to keep using your insights and planning for future development. Additionally, follow-up 360 surveys will be added to your dashboard, allowing you to track your progress over time.
